If you are a Monitor, "Personal Information" means information that personally identifies you, including your name, address, email address, phone number, work experience, references, skills and EIN [Employer Identification Number]. Social Security Number and banking information are gathered off-line. If you are a Sponsor, "Personal Information" means information that personally identifies you, including for example, the name of your company, your name, your title, address, email address, phone number, a description of the project you are submitting including skills desired and invoicing information. "Web Site" means this Web Site under the domain name MonitorForHire.com.

Collection of Information

We do not collect any Personal Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personal Information to us when you (a) register with MonitorForHire.com; (b) send email messages, submit forms or send other information; (c) if you are a Monitor, and you create a Monitor Profile, submit your personal information (including skills, references, employment and education history) in your Monitor profile, respond to project search information through MonitorForHire.com, or submit your banking or other payment information, or (d) if you are a Sponsor, submit project information, or submit payment information. This Web Site is neither directed to nor designed for use by children - i.e., anyone under eighteen (18) years old. We do not wish to obtain Personal Information from individuals under the age of Eighteen (18). If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information and terminate the child’s account from our database.

Disclosure of Information

Unless we tell you otherwise or unless we have received your express approval to do so, we do not give, sell or rent your Personal Information to any third parties. However, we may give, sell or rent aggregated (anonymous) information about our users generally. This Personal Information will be viewable only by Registered Sponsors on the Web Site and employees of Pharma eMarket LLC. This information also allows us to provide verification of education and last work position. It also allows hiring companies to query desired capabilities to find individuals to fill temporary employment needs. These parties may contact you via e-mail or phone based on this information.

In addition, by creating a Monitor Profile, certain information, including your name, work experience, expertise and skills, work preferences (such as availability to work on projects), education, address, phone number and/or email address, will not be visible to any Sponsors or companies that are not registered. If you are a Sponsor, and search for Monitors on MonitorForHire.com, your Personal Information (or portions thereof) will be submitted to MonitorForHire.com for Monitors you've selected to view and will include the capability of those selected Monitors registered on the Web Site to communicate with you directly regarding your Project. This capability may include an email sent by a Monitor directly to you.

Use of Information

While we request personal information about your work history or a potential project, we limit those requests to those items necessary to use the service. You must consent to the sharing of your personal information if you want to use the Web Site to avail yourself for projects or search for Monitors. We use Personal Information, among other things, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, to personalize your service, to investigate activity that may violate our Terms of Service, and to develop and market products and services that may be of interest to you. In addition, we use Personal Information to perform the services for which such data was collected. If you are a Monitor and submit your Personal Information, you agree that we may place your Personal Information in a database searchable by employees of Pharma eMarket LLC, Registered Sponsors (as specified above), send e-mails confirming your registration and notices regarding projects. If you are a Sponsor and search for Monitors, you agree that we may send e-mails confirming your registration and place your project specifications in a database viewable by the Registered Monitors you select (as specified above) and employees of Pharma eMarket LLC.

Opt Out

MonitorForHire.com is designed so that after registration you automatically receive subsequent deliveries of critical information, such as notice of site upgrades and enhancements, new features, user tips, newsletters and additional information on products or services as well as notices regarding projects. Should you desire to "opt out" from receiving this information, please email CustomerCare@MonitorForHire.com with your request. By "opting out" you will no longer receive further information or notices regarding projects.

Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. MonitorForHire.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Pharma eMarket LLC stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Pharma eMarket LLC at CustomerCare@MonitorForHire.com to request the removal of this information from the database.

Review and Removal of Your Personal Information

If you provide us with Personal Information during your use of the Web Site, you have the right to review the information we have on file and either modify or remove such data from your Monitor Profile or Sponsor Project. The manner in which we use your Personal Information is integral to the service, you may choose to limit certain disclosures in your on-line profile or project and request that we withhold information from second or third parties. Upon request, Pharma eMarket LLC will provide you with information whether we hold any of your personal information. You may log into your account and follow the link to your profile. If you delete such information, it cannot be used by us or disclosed to third parties in the future. If you wish to have information you provided to us online removed from our records, please provide us with the information as you submitted it to us, using the address below. A user can expect to receive a response to their request within 30 days.

Data Supplementation

If you are a Monitor, we will obtain a background verification report about you from a third party source, such as HireRight, to verify experience using your personal information such as work history, education and supervisor references to meet minimum requirements to register with our service.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, refer to the contact information below. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
